Hello, my dear Postcrossing pen pal!
The postcards are so small, and the stamps are so big. There’s never enough space for all the words and impressions I want to share.
So I decided to tell you the story of the day I mailed these postcards and share some photos via the QR code on your postcard.

Taking on 12 addresses in October seemed like a good idea at the time. It wasn’t. The result was that i sent these postcards in 13 day after. And all of them are candidates to become expired ones. I hope all of them reach postcrossers. But in case of they do not I share the pictures.
So, on 16 of October I waited when my son will sleep. The postcards were ready in advance. After 2 hours of pen writing I went for a walk with Yarka. He’s only two and a half, he was kind enough to accompany me.
What a foggy day it was! We could hardly see the end of the street. The fog was so thick that we could barely see the end of the street.
It was just like the Soviet animated film Hedgehog in the Fog. So Yarka decided that I was the owl and he was the hedgehog.
We took the route I used to walk with him when he was just six months old. It’s an easy one to manage with a stroller.
Yarka wanted to mail the postcards by himself. It wasn’t easy: the mailbox was too high for him, so I had to lift him up. But we did it!
On the way home, we stopped at every playground. We didn’t meet any other children, but we were happy together.
We even saw the cat who catched the mouse.
And that was how we mailed the postcards together: a mother and her little boy.
